NUS Arts Production Crew
Upon request, can provide instruments, sound equipment and lighting equipment. Beyond the loaning of equipment, NUS Arts Production Crew also provides crewing services.
Listed is the Terms and Conditions for equipment and/or crew rental:
Terms of Loan
The loan period will commence and terminate on the dates agreed upon. Any and all extensions of the loan period are subject to written agreement between NUS Arts Production Crew and the lending group.
The lending group will ensure that the equipment received on the commencement date of the loan period is in satisfactory working equipment.
The lending group is to return all equipment to NUS Arts Production Crew on the termination date in the same condition it was loaned out.
The lending group is liable for any and all damages to the equipment during the loan period.
In the event of loss, theft, or damage of any equipment, the lending group will immediately inform NUS Arts Production Crew.
The lending group will be liable for the full cost of repair of any damaged equipment.
The lending group will replace any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair with an item that is identical or equivalent in value and kind.
A fine of $2 per day per piece of equipment will be imposed for late returns.
Full payment to NUS Arts Production Crew will be made one week after the termination date.
